In certain cases, however, we need to know information containing your personal data in order to provide you with the services you request. Collection of personal data. To enter data that is used for your identification and that may be personal data within the meaning of § 4 par. 1 of Act no. 122/2013 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments and additions to certain laws (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”), including data that will enable us to contact you, you will be explicitly requested if necessary. Such personal data is, for example, your name , address, e-mail, telephone number, etc. If you decide to provide the SOOL organization with your personal data, we will ask for your consent to the processing of personal data according to § 11 of the Act. If your consent is not required (e.g. if you request to answer a question and sending a reply), you will be informed in advance about the processing of your personal data (see also the “Cookies” and “IP address” sections later in these Rules). The SOOL organization can process your personal data without your consent only for the reasons set out in § 10 of the Act. The organization SOOL will always process your personal data only for specific purposes, about which it will inform you in advance.

Use of personal data. When processing your personal data, the SOOL organization will be their administrator and operator from the point of view of the Act. When processing your personal data, we will always proceed in accordance with the Law and will always use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processing your personal data. Although it is unlikely, the SOOL organization may be required by law or decision of a court or other authorized public authority to provide public authorities with your personal data. The SOOL organization will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of the provision of your personal data in such cases. If, for the purposes of processing your personal data, it should be transferred across borders, or transfer to third countries, you will be informed of this fact when obtaining your consent to the processing of personal data or when obtaining your personal data in the event that your consent is not required.

Security of personal data. The SOOL organization has strict security measures to protect personal data to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to this personal data, its alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfer as well as its other unauthorized processing or misuse. The SOOL organization requires compliance with the same strict measures to ensure the security of personal data processing from all the intermediaries it uses. Your personal data is never published or provided to another entity outside the SOOL organization without your consent, with the exception of the above-mentioned cases (obligation to disclose personal data based on the law or a decision of an authorized public authority).

Rights related to personal data. SOOL will endeavor to ensure that the personal data it processes is up-to-date, accurate, complete and correct (i.e. in accordance with the information provided). You have the right, on the basis of a request, to request from the SOOL organization a list of personal data that is the subject of processing, to access personal data, the right to request correction, the right to dispose of incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date data, as well as other rights regulated in the Act, especially in § 28 .Please note that any consent to the processing of personal data is given to SOOL voluntarily and can be revoked at any time.

Links to websites of third parties. SOOL is not responsible for the content of third-party websites to which this website may link. Please note that third party websites have their own privacy policies, which you should read carefully before providing any personal information to third parties in order to protect your privacy.

Cookies. We may also collect data from you using cookies, which are certain information stored by this website on your computer. Cookies are sent back to the servers of the website that stored them when you return to this website. IP address. An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a series of numbers that are automatically assigned to your computer whenever you connect to your Internet service provider. SOOL may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system type, and Internet browser for system administration and website usage audits. We do not associate the IP address of the website user with any data through which he could be personally identified, i.e. each user connection is logged, but the user remains anonymous to the SOOL organization.
